An Adaptive Yoga class for sensory needs.
Monday's 6-6:30 PM
4 Week Series
9/16, 9/23, 9/30, 10/7
$48/Child for the 4 week series
A class with sensory needs in mind!
An inclusive space with visual supports & predictability, sensory considerations, and individualized modifications and choice.
Mindful Movement, Breathing Exercises, Songs/Games/Activities, and Relaxation
A parent/caregiver/adult should also participate as a Yoga buddy
