Cancellation Policy

By booking our shared office space you are agreeing to the following and understand that you are responsible for: -Abiding by the times set forth at booking (full day booking 8:00AM-8:00PM, half day morning 8:00 AM- 12:00 PM, half day afternoon 1:00-5:00 PM, and hourly based on the hour that you book) Our shared office space is booked by a first come, first serve and based on availability. In order to book the use of the shared office space you must complete online booking and payment for use of space. -You must clean and sanitize shared office space at the end of each use. This is includes wiping down all materials, tables, machinery, as well as sweeping. Cleaning and sanitizing materials are provided. -Hold your own business insurance. We reserve the right to ask for a copy for our records. -We do not allow last minute cancellations. If you cancel your reservation it must be 48hrs prior to the time of reservation to receive a refund. -Must follow all local and federal laws
